Dan H. Warmbrod

Mr. Warmbrod was born in Belvidere, Franklin County, Tennessee. He attended Belvidere Public School and the old Central High School in Winchester, Tennessee. After high school, he attended Middle Tennessee State Teachers College in Murfreesboro, Tennessee where he majored in Biology with minors in Education and Music. Mr. Warmbrod was a member of the band, choir, and studied piano and organ. Graduate studies were done at Vanderbilt - Peabody College. Mr. Warmbrod spent several years in the Army as an instructor at the Army Medical Service School located at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio, Texas. Mr. Warmbrod returned to Franklin County and taught Science, and with the help of Mr. Aaron Buckley, was Band Director at Franklin County High School. After leaving FCHS, Mr. Warmbrod taught at the college level at Middle Tennessee State College, Memphis State University, and ended his teaching career at Northeast Mississippi Community College in Booneville, Mississipppi. While at Northeast he studied organ at Blue Mountain, Mississippi. Mr. Warmbrod returned to Franklin County and is now Organist and Music Assistant at the First United Methodist Church in Winchester, Tennessee.
